U.S. Chamber of Commerce CO—100 list celebrates businesses driving growth and innovation in their communities and around the world

Resort Life Carts has been named one of the top 100 small businesses by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which included the Madera-based golf cart business in its 2026 CO—100 Growth Accelerator.

More than 12,000 applicants were judged by their growth, innovative strategies, and commitment to their customers. The list includes owners and founders from groundbreaking startups and innovative manufacturers to community builders and next-generation consumer brands from 36 states and Washington, D.C. 

“Our business started out with six used golf carts and a dream,” said Tracy Spraez, Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Resort Life Carts. “This honor is shared with our customers, team and communities that have shown us that life is more fun in a golf cart.”

Next month, Paul and Tracy Spraetz, owners of Resort Life Carts will head to Washington, D.C., from October 19-21 to take part in premier events at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s historic headquarters, including a VIP experience and access to some of the most influential names in business through the Small Business Forum. At an awards dinner, 10 businesses will be recognized for outstanding achievement across 10 categories of excellence and receive $2,000 each. One standout company will be named CO—100 Top Business of 2026 and receive a $25,000 prize.
