First unveiled at the PGA Show in January in Orlando, Florida, MODZ lithium batteries quickly captured attention with their forward-thinking design and robust feature set. The MODZ lithium lineup includes 60Ah, 105Ah, and 175Ah models, offering solutions for a wide range of applications. The 105Ah and 175Ah batteries come equipped with a standard, built-in heater, ensuring consistent performance in varying climates. Each battery also features a UL-certified 20A onboard charger that can be mounted directly to the unit using MODZ’s patent-pending integrated charger mount, delivering a streamlined and efficient installation.

In addition to a remote state-of-charge meter with a built-in wake-up button, each MODZ battery features an integrated onboard display that provides real-time visibility into state of charge, power output, and system faults. For added peace of mind, the system also includes an audible alarm to alert users if any issues arise or if the battery’s state of charge drops to a low level.

MODZ has also developed its own mobile app, now available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app puts charging control front and center, allowing users to easily set and manage charging schedules, while also providing remote access to state of charge, real-time performance data, and sleep mode settings. Additionally, customers can share battery logs directly with the MODZ engineering team through MODZ’s in-house developed and managed cloud infrastructure, enabling faster and more efficient troubleshooting.

Further setting the product apart, MODZ offers the industry’s first limited lifetime battery warranty. This coverage includes five years of free replacement, followed by prorated protection for as long as the original owner retains the battery.
