All-Day Sound, Built for the Outdoors 

At the heart of the DEFENDER Scout is a 60W dynamic Texas Instruments power amplifier paired with a 4″ x 6″ polypropylene carbon fiber blend woofer, a 1.5″ titanium tweeter with double neodymium magnet design, and two 3″ x 4″ passive woofers. Three  digital EQ settings (Indoor, Outdoor, and Favorite) let users dial in the right sound for  any environment. With 25+ hours of playtime (6+ hours at full volume), a 48.1Wh rechargeable battery, and a built-in AC power option for charging while playing, the  Scout is ready for multi-day adventures without compromise.

Connected, Lit, and Feature-Loaded 

Bluetooth 5.4 wireless connectivity streams audio up to 100 feet from any paired device, and the Scout supports simultaneous dual-device pairing. ECOCAST technology allows users to link up to 100 ECOXGEAR or SoundExtreme speakers together for a fully  immersive audio ecosystem, with up to 30 feet between each speaker. True left/right  stereo pairing is supported for multi-DEFENDER setups. 

The Scout also integrates LEDCast wireless lighting sync for compatible LEDCast accessories, addressable LED accent lights controllable via keypad or the SoundExtreme app, and a built-in flashlight, making it as useful at a campsite after dark  as it is at a Saturday afternoon cookout. A 20W USB-C PD fast-charging port lets users keep their devices powered up, including the latest iPhone models.
