Streetrod Golf Car History: Streetrod Golf Cars was founded in 1995 as Streetrod Productions, Inc. in Montezuma, Iowa. The focus of the company from Day 1 was to build a completely Custom Golf Car that gave the golf car owners the same excitement and enthusiasm as their favorite automobiles. Our products are not golf carts, they are the “World’s Finest Golf Cars!”

Founder Craig Schmidt started this dream in a garage and graduated to a state-of-the-art 22,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. In 2015, Streetrod Productions, Inc. was purchased by Pritchard Family Companies, headquartered in Clear Lake, IA.
