Welcome to the Inaugural Golf Carting Expo & Dealer Summit for 2025!
We’re excited to have you participate in this milestone event. Please find below comprehensive ordering information for all your exhibition needs, including: Shipping and freight handling, Carpet and display rentals, Labor services, Forklift operations, Utilities setup, Catering options
- Show Contractor & Logistics: Advanced Expo Inc will serve as the official contractor for this event, managing all aspects of trade show floor operations, including move-in and move-out procedures. Additional details regarding move-in schedules and facility information will be provided soon.
- On-Site Support: I will be personally on-site throughout the event to assist with any needs. For the fastest response, please contact me via email or text using the information provided below.
- Shipping & Setup: The attached exhibitor kit contains freight handling forms and our advance warehouse address. Our logistics team will be on-site during move-out with trucks available for outbound shipping. All items shipped to the advance warehouse will be placed in your booth prior to your arrival.
- Labor Information: Labor assistance is available as needed (forms included in the exhibitor kit). Please note this is a non-union facility, which means you are welcome to set up and work within your own booth space. Thank you for your participation. We look forward to a successful inaugural event!
- No Spotting Fees: GolfCarting Expo has negotiated FREE cart placement. All vendors are allowed to drive in and place their own carts off their own vehicles at no charge. Common carrier shipments do not apply.
